When mixed with 1 pint of skimmed milk, a serving of Whey-Gain™ will deliver 51 grams of protein with 83.6 grams of carbohydrate and just 5.4 grams of fat, of which saturated 2.2g.

INGREDIENTS

Mixed chain maltodextrins, whey protein concentrate from cross flow, micro filtered and ion exchange whey, cocoa powder (chocolate flavour only) soya lecithin, natural flavouring, natural colouring, ascorbic acid, vitamin E, niacin, vitamin B6, ferrous sulphate , vitamin A, pantothenic acid, mannitol, zinc sulphate, riboflavin, thiamin, folic acid, chromium polynicotinate, potassium iodide, vitamin D, biotin, vitamin B12, selenomethionine.

SUGGESTED USE

Add 100g (4 level scoops) to 1 pint (568ml) of cold skimmed milk, blend, ready for use. Use one serving between meals, half a serving immediately after workout and another half serving at bedtime.
(This formula is highly concentrated and you may wish to use 1/2 servings, 3 or 4 times a day).
