3 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup whole wheat flower
2 cups oatmeal
6 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa
10 teaspoons of splenda
1/2 cup coconut
3 scoops chocolate flavoured High performance whey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl until they are completely blended, Spread ingredients evenly onto a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes.
