After a five year absence from the bodybuilding stage (and a few kg’s heavier), I decided to hit the gym and get my nutrition in order to compete again in 2008. I was fortunate enough to have my colleague Pete Chown take me under his wing for the year where he introduced me to the Garnell range of supplements.
I understand the important of nutrition and good quality supplements in any bodybuilding diet, and with the inspiration, dedication and positive attitude of Garnell sponsored athlete Peter Chown by my side he put together a diet/supplement and plan which included Garnell L-Glutamine, Creatine, and Lean-Force.
Within a short amount of time, the weight started coming down and I started seeing results which I don’t believe would have been possible without the Garnell supplements in my diet. My wife (who was also competing) was seeing great results using the same products too.
The competitive year has produced some great results for me, culminating with my wife and I being selected to compete as part of the UK NPA team at the European Champs in Belgium next year. I have set my goals towards this, and to improve on my placings within the domestic season next year.
I will continue to use Garnell’s products and I look forward to adding other products such as Nitric Power-Storm & Vital-Elements into my off season training and supplement programme.
